[Feature request] desktop mode option for websites

some websites, like discord.com can be completly broken when i'm using them on phone with default mobile view, and for those i may want to enable desktop mode to "fix" them

others can automatically redirect you to "m.example.com", which may make them impossible to open in app, if it supports only "exaple.com" links. [for example, i can't open m.twitch.tv in grayjay, but i can open just twitch.tv]

Desktop Mode is now available in the latest alpha build: https://github.com/FaFre/WebLibre/releases/tag/v0.9.28-alpha-1

For now it is only controllable per tab session, let me know if it works well for you and I'll add the per site setting fix

sorry it took so long for me to tell you this. had difficult part of my life, which made me forget to do it earlier
