Threw in embark standard lints update as well with this change, because the rustup update broke embark standard lints v0.3 (removal of
clippy::pub_enum_variant_names)clippy::semicolon_if_nothing_returnedended up being quite a diff, but I think it's worth it.See also EmbarkStudios/rust-ecosystem#66
