When you rerun a program that was halted using the LabVIEW STOP button, the MQTT_connect.vi would remember that the MQTT connection was already opened, and so would not open the connecton again, even though it would have been closed upon the halting of the LabVIEW program. By adding a first time check, this situation is handled properly.
