This research project attempts to utilize newly published NLP transfer learning techniques to predict the risk of suicide among hospital patients using the MIMIC-III dataset.

The main transfer learning classifier is contained in classifier_raw.ipynb. The base classifier is contained in tfidf.py. Let me know if you need the data.
