CI

MSYS2 actually provides a way to run CI on GitHub Actions. The problem is that building WebKit takes ages. Should look into a way to run CI on self-hosted runners.

We should also disable `-Wignored-attribute` inside CI. The vast majority of warning is generated by `__attribute__((dllimport))` + inline functions.
