Add new File option

It is possible to add .md in the Windows context menu to the list of creatable files using the Registry editor.
Adding a selection between Dont add to new File menu, New Markdown creates File or New Markdown opens new File in Obsidian in this tool would be great.

I don't get what you mean. Did you want to add an installer option to add .md to the new file menu? Or add some items to ObsidianShell's context menu, like "Create a new note" and "Create a new note and open it in Obsidian"?

Im currently trying to add the option to create .md files to the windows context menu by creating HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.md\ShellNew and adding NullFile there to just add an empty Markdown file.
I got that info from here https://superuser.com/questions/34704/how-can-i-add-an-item-to-the-new-context-menu but it does not seem to work for me.

Because I think that this feature would be useful for many users, an easy option that does not involve Regestry editing could be helpful, especially if instead of NullFile, Command is used to automatically open the new file.

Edit: My idea was an option in the ObsidianShell application, but an Installer option would be just as good.

Here is the Registry that actually worked for me:

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.md]
@="markdown"

[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.md\ShellNew]
"NullFile"=""

[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\markdown]
@="Markdown Document"
