增加初版代理api转为本地llm的接口方式，方便一些工具使用本地llm转发到代理api接口
引入页面参数缓存及其锁机制，减少与页面的交互次数，提升请求处理效率。缓存包括温度、最大输出Token和停止序列等参数，并在模型切换时自动失效。通过缓存机制，避免了不必要的页面操作，显著降低了延迟。
