Is bs3 an alternative choice for BrowserSync?

So i can u have two projects, named [browser-sync](https://github.com/BrowserSync/browser-sync) and [bs3](https://github.com/BrowserSync/bs3), i can use the example in browser-sync to demonstrate the scroll and click sync, however cannot sync scroll in the bs3. 
So Is bs3 an alternative choice for BrowserSync?
