Sorry, but I cannot approve that. With this solution each jet would store a pointer to the TEfficiency object. This is not necessary if you already have it in Globals (the only reason why Globals exist).
Please access the globals directly.

Add in the efficiency scaling of the hadron leg of the electron trigger. Systematic variation included.
