Printable receipts and transaction reports

Includes the following features:

• After a payment is received, tap a button to print a receipt
• "Print receipt" option after tapping on a transaction on the Transactions page
• Date-time range filtering of transactions on the Transactions page
• Floating action button on transactions page to print a report of the selected date range's transactions

Code looks good, though I think the HTML creation could be improved, but for right now it's fine. I will test this later tonight and if it looks and works well I'll merge and create a release.

I deployed this recently. Must've gotten sidetracked in October and never pushed it out. I pushed it out the other day and had multiple crash reports from multiple merchants, so these changes have been reverted.

Do you have any details on the crashes? Were any of the crashes logged in the Google Play Console?
