plot.STA and discrete y-axis when fitting with asreml

Hi,
I was recently using plot.STA and discovered that after plotting the spatial analysis using asreml, sometimes the rowCoord axis scales are continuous (For example: 44.5, 45.5, 46.5 and so on). This would not be ideal as it would be great if we could have it discrete (For example: 45,46,47 and so on). rowCoord is already a factor obtained by createTD. There was a previous issue with colCoord and you fixed it over time. I know I can do it manually but I thought it would be good to bring this up. Sorry if this is not worth your time. Thank you.

Hi, Thanks for reporting this. The labeling for both axis is done in exactly the same way. The problem here is the low number of rows in combination with the rows not starting from row 1. Somehow the labeling algorithm messes up in that case. I will see if I can come up with a general fix.
