Add --internal flag to aztk spark cluster ssh

Some customers may have network security requirements that prevent sshing to the public ip.

For these customers, we can allow sshing into the cluster using the private IP with the assumption that the internal ip is resolvable on the client executing the aztk spark cluster ssh command
