How are quote boost permission requests handled?

I'm in a situation with a blog that I quote boosted from a native Mastodon account. Despite exploring the insides of my WordPress admin area, the quote boost is still pending.

The post in question has the default anyone can quote option. I saved (edit/update) to see if that would flush through the permission,n but it didn't.

Is there something else I need to do, change?

The plugin auto approves all requests when the account is not blocked. This is done through a wo-cron task, so the delay depends on how the cron is configured.
