C++ standard fobids specializations of is_trivially_copyable

  Update: with Rework DCS point classes to have default assign operators #15240 in place the workaround is only needed for the Point3D

I confirm that this PR fixes the compilation issues on Tahoe 26.4 with Root v6-36-10-alice1. All the tests are Ok. The issues on aarch64 can be investigated after merging it.
