Play next track not working #4

Play next track doesn't work for the following setup:
I am calling media_player.media_next_track service to play next track however the next track doesn't play.
The playlist that is sent to media_extractor.play_media service is https://youtube.com/playlist?list=RDBW6bRzra7go&playnext=1
