User Code Fails Beacon Detection when additional Uplink symbols are added to the frame #347

When testing uplink (ul-powder.json) configuration adding more "U" symbols to the frame causes issues with multiple users.
Adding additional U symbols to the reference frame in ul-powder.json file causes multiple users (tested with 2 user radios) to have issues with beacon detecting. The test consistently fails on the user side while detecting the beacon symbols. Either 1 user fails to detect the initial beacon or cannot detect beacon (exceeds max retry counts) on the resync attempts.
