dot.com: Fix for v5.16.10

Fixed issues in our files that prevented upgrading to the new version. Because we had experimental options enabled the rest are regressions since our version was more than 10 versions behind.

Changes

• Adjust files to correctly handle upstream changes in v5.16.10
• Ensure build and runtime behavior matches upstream expectations

Test Plan:

• Built dot.com locally using npm build or npm run dev
• Checked if everything functions as expected
• Verified the application launches and functions as expected
