Steps to reproduce:

1. Add these rules:

example.org$$div
@@||example.org^$elemhide,jsinject,extension

2. Go here - http://example.org/

Expected behavior

div should be removed.

Actual behavior

$$ rules are disabled by exception $elemhide,jsinject,extension
