Keyboard lags and text cannot be entered in the search field after collapsing the top of the screen

Issue Details

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to Protection -> Ad blocking -> Language-specific ad blocking
2. Scroll down until the top is almost collapsed
3. Type "abc" in the search field

Expected Behavior

The search field displays "abc".

Actual Behavior

The search field is empty and a keyboard is lagging.
