Switch sometimes disappears for 10-30 seconds, protection restarts for a long time

Issue Details

If you enable most settings in AdGuard, switch starts missing 10-20 seconds when switching between tabs.
The protection also turns on/off and restarts for 20-30 seconds when processing a large number of settings. The status of the process of enabling/disabling and restarting the protection hangs for 15-20 seconds on the Home tab

Expected Behavior

The switch does not disappear for a long time, the protection turns on, turns off and restarts in a short period of time

Actual Behavior

Switch disappears for a long time, protection turns on, off, and restarts in a long time
