Checking for Updates - "Browsing Security database" should report "Up to date" if no update installed #4725

AdGuard version

v4.0 Nightly 109

Environment

- OS: Andriod 13
- Device: Galaxy S21 5G
- Firmware: May 2023

Whenever I check for updates "Browsing Security database" gets reported as "Updated".

Should only report "updated" if indeed updated, otherwise should match the others with "Up to date".

Root access

What filters do you have enabled?

No response

What Stealth Mode options do you have enabled?

No response

Issue Details

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Check for updates
  2. Notice that the "Browsing Security database" always gets reported as "Updated".

Expected Behavior

"Browsing Security database" should only report "updated" if indeed updated, otherwise should match the others with "Up to date".

Actual Behavior

Whenever I check for updates "Browsing Security database" gets reported as "Updated".
