[Bug] Cancel button is unresponsive during "Quick Match" loading screen

🐛 Describe the bug

When attempting to find a Quick Match in Pair Chat, the loading screen appears. The "Cancel" button at the bottom of the screen does not respond to taps, making it impossible to abort the search without force-closing the app.

Steps to Reproduce

Open the Resonate app.

Navigate to the Pair Chat section.

Select "Anonymous" and click Quick Match.

While the "Hang on, Good things take time" loader is spinning, tap the Cancel button.

Expected Behavior The search should stop, and the user should be returned to the previous Pair Chat menu.

Actual Behavior The button shows no visual feedback and the loading screen persists.

I’ve identified the root cause of this issue and prepared a fix.
The problem occurs due to a race condition where the Cancel button
can be pressed before the pairing request (requestDocId) is created,
causing a null-assertion crash and making the button appear unresponsive.

The fix guards against a null requestDocId, safely cleans up realtime
subscriptions, and ensures navigation always occurs using a finally block.
