Could it be relevant to me,tion here also the plotter.py module and the test folder ?

combustion/readme.md

The dataset used to train the models can be downloaded at: https://www.coe-raise.eu/open-data which contains 113 scalar fields for a progress variable and the target value of the flame surface density used in for a LES combustion model.
This 113 fields are obtained from DNS simulations and filtered to match a typical LES simulation. More details on how the dataset is created in this paper: https://arxiv.org/abs/1810.03691

From my experiment the data should be placed in data/raw, that could be helpfull to precise that here.
