onOpen event does not pass anything on Accordion

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create accordion using example fromhttps://baseline.10up.com/component/accordion/
2. Set the onOpen callback using the example https://baseline.10up.com/component/accordion/
3. You will get an error saying the object cannot be destructured.

Expected behavior
It should pass the element on open.
