This Python code creates a linear regression plot based on a study by Powell et al. (2013) to visualize the correlation between smoking intensity and lung cancer risk. The dataset includes odds ratio (OR) values with confidence intervals for various smoking intensities: Never Smoked, Light/Trivial, Moderate, and Heavy/Very Heavy.
