Quick and dirty CLI to do various things with Digital Ocean droplets

You need to create a file named "uid.txt' in the same directory as do_config.py and put your Digital Ocean API key on the first line, with no comments or extra text.

Create more stuff that does stuff, and things that do things, and other stuff.
