This is all html. I don't know how they made this on ao3. I've seen skins created to mimic twitter, discord, iphone messages, emails... Nothing like this. I'm stumped. How did they do this. I'm so scared. I thought at first it was a Renpy iframe embed but no... no.... this is true power. For yaoi.

Non-spoiler standouts:

IT'S FUNNY..!! Everyone's reactions (espcially Takumis) to the unfolding events fits right into the Romance route. Every character that appears has a strong voice, and very strong emotions. :).

Kyoshika...! She is the best chaos agent!!

They captured Takumi's oblivious teenage boy cruelty. I was cackling at some of his lines! Takumi!! You're your own worst enemy!!

Below the cuts are my thoughts, but please play it yourself! It's about an hour in total, and it has skip features to get right back into the branching paths. How did they make this. I'm scared.

I know I have a fic rec page already, but there's more I want to say... SEE I want to recommend EVERYTHING that's my problem!! I miss fic recs and fic discussions, or even just keeping a space for them outside of ao3. So many get lost with the sheer amount of skill that gets uploaded onto ao3 everyday. I love reccing people so I thought this could come in handy for more casual recs... I might do this monthly?? We'll see how it goes!

a goodbye to 2024 and hello to 2025

it's that time of year again!

i dealt with a lot of burnout, mental health, sickness and injury this year. honestly-a lot of straight up apathy. i think a lot of my lust for life has been bled from my body-but we're getting there again. i'm very thankful to the wonderful people i've met; friends who i adore and everyone who was kind enough to chat to me. not even going to touch on the hot mess of the animation industry and AI

one of the highlights of this year; i got to met my best friend irl!!

fandom is so cool, and i'm so lucky i got to meet one of the kindest people i know. the only problem is time goes too fast, doesn't it?

so, how do you keep going?

i avoid this question a lot. whys. hows. it brings me down most times.

i think my answer is... i have to care, i just have to. i can't believe in others if i stop. i have to keep going, i have to keep making. maybe someone out there feels the same way i do. maybe i can get them to make something themselves, think about something in a new light, in two weeks from now, maybe when you see something that reminds you of my work, maybe you share it with a friend...

is that selfish? probably. but that's what i want. your attention. i don't care for much else.

maybe attention's the wrong word. i want your time. the moment you decided to read this. i think that's what draws me to animation and gamedev. there's something very interesting about using those mediums to play with time.

2025 plans

• keep working on trophies. it's about 70% done. my brain has been bad but hopefully a fresh start will do it! weird girls forever!


• get a permanent job. 3 week animation contracts dont cut it.


• focus on this website-it brings me a lot of joy to have this much control over an online space.


• open... a shop... i think i've been too kicked down by animation so i'm always surprised when people connect and enjoy my art. im very lucky.


• MARKETING... it's time to master the art of posting!!!


• get back into using traditional media, i miss my more looser sketches. my art seems so tightly strung. there's no breathing room.


• finish some comics/doujins i've started!


• finish a fanfic lol


• attempt... to use this as my blog


• i'd love to make a twst big bang; but let's put that on the backburner


• EXTREMELY OUT THERE but i would love to hold my own visual novel jam :3 we'll see!!

2025 predictions

• will we see the AI bubble burst? will we look back and go "why were we so worried about all that?"-that's my wishful thinking. im hoping for animation at least. but im concerned about the vfx industry.


• i think twitter will finally go


• tiktok maybe? i think it still has another 2 yrs before it goes/becomes uncool to kids imo
