Embed your form on WordPress

You can easily embed a Formware form into your WordPress site, whether you’re using WordPress.org or WordPress.com, using Formware’s HTML embed code.

This lets your visitors submit responses directly on your WordPress pages without leaving your site.

1. Copy your form’s embed code
   Open your form in Formware, go to the Share panel, and click Copy next to the HTML embed code.

   

2. Open the WordPress Editor
   Navigate to the page or post where you want your form to appear.

3. Add a Custom HTML block
   In the editor, type /custom HTML where you want the form. Select Custom HTML from the menu that appears.

   

4. Paste your embed code
   Paste the Formware embed code into the Custom HTML block.

   

5. Preview and publish
   Toggle between HTML and Preview mode to see how your form will appear. Save or publish the page when ready.

   

If your form doesn’t appear correctly, double-check that:

• You pasted the full embed code
• You are using a Custom HTML block (not a Text block)
• You saved or published your changes
