Method: projects.groups.batchJoin

Batch adds members to a group. The testers will gain access to all releases that the groups have access to.

POST https://firebaseappdistribution.googleapis.com/v1/{group=projects/*/groups/*}:batchJoin

The URL uses gRPC Transcoding syntax.

Path parameters

Parameters
group

string

Required. The name of the group resource to which testers are added.

Format: projects/{projectNumber}/groups/{group_alias}

Authorization requires the following IAM permission on the specified resource group:

  • firebaseappdistro.testers.update

Request body

The request body contains data with the following structure:

Required. The emails of the testers to be added to the group. A maximum of 999 and a minimum of 1 tester can be created in a batch.
createMissingTesters

boolean

Indicates whether to create tester resources based on emails if they don't exist yet.

Response body

If successful, the response body is an empty JSON object.

Requires the following OAuth scope:

  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/cloud-platform
