Making Sense of Learning Science
I share here my interpretations of research from learning science and cognitive science, with teachers’ perspectives in mind. I think about learning and teaching in K–12 and higher education, with a particular focus on teacher education and professional development.
My goal is to dive deeply into the science of learning, not just to scratch the surface, while keeping it clear, relevant, and useful. I see this as essential foundational knowledge for great teaching, and I aim to create a space where engaging with it feels intriguing, understandable, and genuinely helpful.
To keep learning myself, I read original scientific papers that I find relevant and interesting, alongside teachers’ perspectives shared through blogs, articles, and podcasts.
