We are three friends with a deep passion for education and innovation. Our experiences growing up in Cuba taught us the transformative power of education and how it can be a catalyst for positive change. We believe that education is the most powerful weapon to change the world. That's why we are on a mission to empower educators to make learning easy and fun for students.

Yusnier Viera, a multiple mental math world champion, is considered one of the world's fastest minds and has spent over 20 years developing his unique teaching methodology.

Carlos Raul, a Senior Software Engineer with 10+ years of experience, won the Memory National Championship in Cuba twice (2006-2007) and is a Mental Math Champion at the 2016 Memoriad (World Mental Olympics).

Yamel is an innovator and successful entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience and has a record of creating highly successful enterprises in the telecommunication space.

We first collaborated on an educational game called Hectoc in 2015, designed to help children develop their mental math skills. Then we founded Viera Academy in 2017, focusing on Test Prep and tutoring. This experience inspired us to create EducUp in February 2020, believing that education should be fun, interactive, and accessible to everyone everywhere.

Our mission is to make education enjoyable and affordable, empowering individuals to improve their lives.

Our ultimate goal is to become the most impactful education company in the world, leveraging our expertise and passion for helping people unlock their full potential.
