Manage Notifications

You can manage notifications from the Notification Center. You can create new notifications, manage existing notifications, and view the history of notifications.

To manage notifications:

  1. Go to my.jfrog.com to access the MyJFrog Portal.
  2. Select Notification Center from the left navigation panel.
  3. To add a new alert:
    1. Click Create New Alert. The Create New Alert page appears.
    2. Choose the type of alert. You can choose Daily Threshold or Monthly Threshold to send notifications when the Cloud Usage limit is reached.
    3.  Choose recipients by role or select individual users.
    4. (Optional) Enter the email addresses of external users that you want to notify.
    5. (Optional) Choose to exclude certain users from receiving the notification. For example, if you select Admin role as the recipient of the alert, you can specify users with the Admin role to exclude from the notification.
    6. Click Save to save the alert.
  4. To edit an existing alert:
    1. Click the three-dot menu next to an existing alert and select Edit Alert. The Edit Alert page appears.
    2. Edit the alert. You cannot change the alert type, but you can edit the other fields.
    3. Click Save to save the changes.
  5. To view the notification history, select the History tab in Notification Center. You can limit the notifications that are displayed to a specific time period.
