Workflow Studio

Document Data Extraction

Document Data Extraction services have been enhanced with improved text extraction functionality including the ability to extract text from scanned documents and images embedded within PDFs.

Workflow Enhancements

• Customers can now configure themes and redirects per session using query parameters appended to workflow launch URLs.
• Support for Indonesian and Canadian English localization of hosted workflows for greater flexibility and expanded language options for end users.
• Redesigned KYC-Documents document selection interface in Workflow Studio with jurisdiction-aware logic for Identity Cards (Government-issued Photo IDs) in Canada and the US along with a powerful bulk selection workflow.
• KYC-Documents SDK 3.0 with new end client user experience is now available for hosted workflows

Authenticated Workflows

Customers can now launch authenticated workflows via the hosted solution in Workflow Studio. Previously, authenticated flows were only accessible via API. Customers can generate secure, unique links for their end users, enhancing security by preventing unauthorized access and reducing the risk of fraudulent flow completions.
