Why subscribe?

When I decided to launch my personal Substack, I needed a space to document the very human side of leadership. The moment where you're weighing your bandwidth, your family responsibilities, the practical logistics, the contradictions and intersectionality of our identities, and whether you can actually make a difference. By pulling back the layers of my thought process about my leadership moments, it shows that courage isn't the absence of doubt or overwhelm. I wanted to tell the hidden story, my story, in real time. In a way, that, if this Substack is found 100 years from now, this was a time capsule into the dark times we are living in. I hope you will handle this Substack with care as I share my story.
