The Quantum Language and Consciousness Model (QLCM) is a theoretical framework that reconceptualizes language as a quantum information field capable of dynamically modulating the observer’s perceptual and relational structures. Within this paradigm, quantum communication is defined as a vibrational coherence process between conscious states, mediated by entangled semantic units («logons») that integrate semantic frequency (νs), affective amplitude (Aa), and intentional phase (φi).
We establish the ontological, linguistic, and physical foundations of quantum language and propose a vibrational architecture whose coherence can be quantified using a Bell-test-based semantic fidelity metric, Hs. The model is implemented in the open-source QLCM-Qiskit package, enabling reproducible experiments on realistic quantum hardware noise models using the FakeLima backend.
Experimental validation on n = 84 semantic pairs yields Hs = 0.913 ± 0.047 for QLCM-conditioned logons versus 0.412 ± 0.109 for control pairs (p < 0.001).

I am Osmary Lisbeth Navarro Tovar, a Venezuelan independent researcher and creator of the QLCM (Quantum Language & Consciousness Model), a proposal that integrates quantum physics, neuroscience, psychology, philosophy of language, and applied spirituality.
My work explores the vibrational architecture of language, understanding words as units of quantum information capable of modulating perception, emotion, and reality.
Throughout more than a decade of study and practice, I have developed a vision where communication becomes conscious technology: a means to restore coherence between thought, emotion, and action.
At Ccuántica, my purpose is to translate quantum principles into practical tools for human transformation—from education, creativity, and self-relationship, to new modes of communication between consciousness and artificial intelligence.
I believe that language not only describes the world: it creates it.
