Welcome to CMP - Capitol!

Dear Families,

We are delighted to welcome you to California Montessori Project - Capitol where every student is known, valued, and inspired to reach their full potential.

Our school offers a unique educational experience for students in transitional kindergarten through eighth grade. Through our Montessori curriculum, we provide hands-on, individualized learning that meets each child where they are and encourages them to grow at their own pace. Our low teacher-to-student ratios ensure that every student receives the personal attention and support they need to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

What makes CMP - Capitol truly special is our small community environment. Here, students form meaningful connections with their peers and teachers, creating a supportive atmosphere where collaboration and kindness flourish. Our multi-age classrooms foster strong peer relationships, allowing younger students to learn from older mentors while giving older students opportunities to develop leadership skills.

Capitol campus is even more special because of the incredible support from our CMP family community. Their passion, dedication, and ongoing involvement make such a positive difference every day — whether it’s volunteering their time, sharing feedback, attending events, or simply encouraging their children to do their best.
