God fornøjelse 🙂

I moved things around a bit and changed the color on the x-o manowar square. Couldn’t find yarn in the colors I had it in before.
I’ve finished the Valiant logo, The Eternal Warrior and the Bloodshot square. Right now I’m more than halfway on the Faith square.
I think I might to do another Valiant: Vanquished square instead of the one with the Thumper (maybe a more official looking Valiant: Vanquished square), OR I might do a square for another Valiant comic and then do something with the Thumper on the back of the blanket. Still working on that…

Okay guys, I think I might be ready to start working on this thing 😉
I might move the squares around a bit and there’s a chance I get an idea for another square at some point. It has happened before. Will tackle it all along the way 🙂

Hey guys
So, I finished a square of the Valiant Comics logo almost 2 weeks ago (11 days).
I was initially just thinking I’d make a pillow or something. But then HyperRPG suggested a quilt/blanket on twitter and after thinking about it for almost 2 weeks I decided to work on it today. At first I tried doing the characters on Valiant: Vanquished on the squares but all the art I could find was too intricate and wouldn’t work for squares the same size as the logo.
So, I went on a long search through the Valiant universe, that I could find online.
This is what I’ve got so far (with a little help from a fellow thumper):

The rabbit is the HyperRPG logo.
While I was watching Valiant: Vanquished on https://www.twitch.tv/hyperrpg one Monday I had the idea to crochet the Valiant logo.
I used https://www.stitchfiddle.com/ to make the pattern that I would then crochet after.
Here’s the pattern

I crocheted “c2c” -corner to corner using cotton and a 2.5mm hook.
Video about how to do C2C: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D-CNLEtrSLs
This was the result:
Hey guys!!
I’ll be crocheting squids and jellyfish for premature babies on Saturday for
Random Acts: Endure 4 Kindness.
I’ll be posting photos on instagram @cam_4 and twitter @CamCrochets along the way.
If you are able to donate you can do it here Endure 4 Kindness 2016
The Octo Project

I finished!!!!!
Taking a photo has proven to be a bit difficult though… I tried moving the ceiling but it wouldn’t budge 😉
So, I will try to figure something out.
Hopefully I’ll get some great photos of it soon, to share with you guys 🙂
For now this will have to do.
Enjoy!!

Here are the first 20 rows of Cas.
Which means there’s just 20 rows to go and I’m done with the squares!!!
Right now I just need to make 362 squares. If everything works out I will finish the last square on March 11th. That all depends on me crocheting 25 squares a day on average and doing the rows as I finish them along the way. I might be faster now that I can see the finish line or I might need more days. We’ll see.

653 squares to go!!! (35 rows)
Got a question for you.
I’m going to give the blanket a border once I’m done but I can’t decide on a color.
Green:

Red:

Or maybe a combo of green and black:
