Tomato balls
Tomato balls are an summer food, extremely easy to prepare, originating from the islands of Greece, known as tomatokeftedes Santorinis.

Place a deep frying pan with seed oil on the fire.
In a bowl, add the flour, baking powder and mix.
Create a hole in the middle and add the grated tomato,
chopped tomato, grated pumpkin and chopped onion.
Break the feta into thick pieces and put it in the bowl.
Coarsely chop the mint, basil, and parsley and add them to the bowl.
Add the dry oregano, pepper, salt and mix gently.
Shape the tomato meatballs into an oval shape.
Bake on medium heat until they take color.
When the tomato meatballs are ready
place them on a plate with absorbent paper.
For our plate
strained yogurt
paprika mint
and serve.

flour 250 gr.
baking powder 1 tbsp.
chopped tomatoes 200 g
tomatoes, grated 200 g.
grated zucchini 200 g
1 or two small onions, chopped
slice 200 gr.
mint leaves 7-10
dry oregano 1 tbsp.
8-10 basil leaves
bunch of parsley 1
salt
pepper
sunflower oil for frying
strained yogurt 150 g
paprika 1/2 tbsp
mint for garnish
