I’m Beth Biundo and this is my Substack.
After 20+ years of working as a pastry chef, in 2023 I sold my bakery in uptown New Orleans, Beth Biundo Sweets, and hit the road. Now I’ve moved onto my next phase as a travel planner but still wanted to keep my connection to the baking world. I thought about writing a cookbook but this seems like a more dynamic way to share a career’s worth of recipes. Before opening my own bakery, I cooked in restaurants, taught baking, and worked in interior design, event planning, and the art world. I’m hoping to include all of this, as well as my love and knowledge of travel, here alongside my recipes.
