From the ground up, Axiom.ai's infrastructure is built for privacy. We do not train any AI on your data, nor do we duplicate or store it. When using the desktop runner, no data being processed will leave your network. In the cloud, data is processed but walled off in its own container, which is destroyed after every cloud run. The only data we store is standard account information, such as the email used to register and runtime used.
Please note, any data entered into the automation via steps will be stored. We encrypt this data. This does not include any data that has been passed to steps, this will be processed but not stored. Learn more about securing login data.

How does runtime work?
Runtime is the total amount of time that all your automations can run each month. The available runtime varies by subscription tier, and unused runtime does not roll over to the next month.
Do desktop runs count, if they are on my server?
Yes, runs using the desktop app are counted as runtime.
What is the Single-Run Limit?
The Single-Run Limit is the maximum amount of time a single automation can run on the cloud. This limit does not apply to the desktop runner.The allowed runtime varies depending on the tier, with higher tiers permitting longer runs.
Do failed runs count against my Runtime?
No, only successful runs count. That means you can test a bot as much as you want until it works.
Can I use webhooks on the Starter tier?
Webhook features are available starting from the Pro tier and above.
Can I run multiple bots in the cloud?
Concurrency is available on the cloud, allowing you to run up to 4 bots simultaneously. For additional cloud concurrency, please contact support.
Can I run unlimted bots using the desktop app?
Yes, you can run unlimited desktop bots. The only limitation is the hardware being used.
My bot run was blocked by Turnstile CAPTCHA?
In your automation setting enable "Bypass bot detection", currently only supported on desktop.
When I ran my bot in the cloud, why was it not logged in?
This is most likely because your cookie is not being shared. Please enable cookie sharing for the cloud in your bots settings.
