How You Can Share

We provide a platform for you to express and share your mental health journeys. To do so, we take a variety of submissions including creative work (pictures, videos, songs, poems etc.), personal stories of your experiences dealing/struggling with mental health, and any advice you may have for others going through similar things. The purpose of these submissions are to help inspire, guide, and allow others to showcase their journey of mental well-being in creative forms.

ASPIRE to Connect is a chatting platform on Discord that provides a space for people to be a part of a community where people can discuss a variety of topics. It is a place to have casual conversations with others and build a support system.
