What always happens is, I tell you all that I’m going to start blogging all the time again… But then I forget. This time though, I’m definitely going to blog regularly because I’ve started to take pictures a lot more. I sort of have to now that I’m doing my photography GCSE.

Right now, we’re doing still life, which is boring. I’ve decided to photograph something a bit different than what other people are doing. E.g. shells and flowers. I’ve chosen to take pictures of my ukulele. 

I can’t play it that well, so at least it’s coming to some sort of use… Here’s one of the pictures I took. Happy ukulele’ing…

It’s been a while hasn’t it? I apologize for not updating this as much as i used to, I’ve just been… Well I’ve been doing everything apart from photography. I’ve been really busy (meaning; not busy at all. Just too lazy) and I should have caught up with this a long time ago but hey, as I said, I’ve been “busy”…

So, starting from now, I’m going to be adding a lot more stories, pictures and life to this blog as it is looking sort of dull right now. I’m going to start taking a lot of pictures for photography at school as I’ve taken it as a GCSE, so photography at school will also encourage me to add to my blog. This should make everyone happy, i hope.

Today, I’ve just been sitting around with Mimi. We have a feeling these next few weeks are going to be eventful.

So, I’ve been in bed all day. Playing guitar, sleeping and… playing guitar. I’m not always like this, I’ve actually had a good half term so far, I just wanted to stay in today.

I was beginning to get really bored so I decided I was going to revise… That idea didn’t last for very long because I thought of my blog, cameras and photography. I completely forgot about revision and went to get my camera, i had thousands of ideas up my sleeve. I was going to go out, walk to the woods, go places that i’d never been before; but then i looked out of the window.

It was raining, how could i not have noticed? Frustrated and annoyed, I just carried on looking out of the window, giving the world evil stares as i tried to figure out what to do next. I couldn’t just leave it until tomorrow because I want to update my blog whenever i can, so i resorted to taking pictures of the raindrops.

Poor raindrops, everyone hates them but they’re only doing their job i suppose. Here’s to rain.

So I was just playing the guitar in my bedroom, like always… And I remembered my blog and photography, i always seem to forget about it now a days because I am so caught up in life but, I thought that I would get up and enjoy the outside world with my camera.

Nothing was working. My settings were all over the place and I couldn’t get the right light; I was very annoyed. But luckily, animals were on my side. I ran back into my house and came back with my cat, Mimi. You’ve seen her before in older posts.

Unfortunately for Mimi, I had to place her on the cold grass after her being in a deep sleep… That woke her up a bit. It woke her a bit too much and she ran away, that’s how i got this picture. She sat on my garden fence and just watched me, It was pretty scary but she gave me a pretty picture.

So, I haven’t been here for a while. I’m sure you’ve all missed me… I’m joking, you’re probably here because I’ve sent you the link or something. Anyway, I’ve been “busy” lately and I haven’t had a chance to go out and really focus on my photography.

I’d just come back from a friends house when I saw my camera sitting on the table, collecting dust. I almost felt sorry for it… So, seeing as it’s a sunny day, I went outside in the garden and started taking some pointless pictures. I’ve missed doing photography, I’ve just realised how much i love it…

I’ll be updating this a lot now. This is just a reminder that I’m still alive and taking pictures!

I have just got home from Willaston. It’s been a really sunny day and I took some really good pictures but unfortunately, i’m ill. It didn’t stop me from going out though…

I was just taking some pictures of a tree when a man on a horse came riding along the path next to me. I didn’t think anything of it but I did want to get a picture of the horse. It would have been quite awkward if I just randomly started talking pictures of it though, I am a very awkward person if you don’t already know.

So I carried on with what I was doing and I watched the man and his horse ride away. It was about five minutes later when I heard the horses hooves trot back up to where i was again… The man who was riding it stopped and smiled at me, we had a long conversation which was… really awkward.

But, it turned out he was a photographer, who also had won a few competitions with his camera and his horse! He told me that he takes pictures of horses and sends them into the competitions! Next, he told me to take a picture of the horse he was on. Straight away I thought that this would be an interesting story to share on my blog so… Here I am!

The man on the horse told me to take pictures of subjects I really like, that way it’s easier because you’ll already know a lot about the subject. It was a really weird moment and saying goodbye was awkward, as was the whole time i was out…

As you may already know, I hate dogs. I’m much more of a cat person, dogs just freak me out, especially with their sudden urges to jump on you everytime they see you. Unfortunately, my friend Katie has a dog called Jess, I’m quite scared of it. Having slept at Katies house several times though, I have sort of grown used to Jess. 

I took my camera to Katies and this morning I couldn’t help but take some pictures of Jess. Even though I hate all dogs, I don’t mind taking pictures of them…

Happy easter everyone, I hope you have all made yourselves sick after all of the chocolate you have probably devoured. I know I have.

This weekend I have had a constant stomach ache because I have eaten SO much food. Which leads me on to the meaning of todays title. I have had a very painful weekend. Even though I have only hurt myself twice, it has still been painful.

First of all, me and my friend, Katie, were bored standing in her bedroom. She hit me and then ran out of her room, and me being me, ran after her. In Katies room there is a mirror leaning against her wall, yes, I ran into that. I felt the edge of the mirror cut into my heel and i fell to the floor. Katie being the best friend that she is decided to cry with laughter and take several pictures and videos of my painful catastrophe. I lost a lot of blood that day.

To add to that, I had a nose bleed about 5 minutes ago. That’s what made me come here. I hope you’ve enjoyed reading this, I apologize for the length of it but, what are you seriously going to do about it? Anyway, I took this picture the other day. It’s relevant because barbed wire is painful if you touch it…

Apart from going to Chester Zoo and Wales, my Easter Holiday has been quite boring. But, today I decided to get out of bed quite early, and actually do something. Waking up with my camera on my bed side table gave me a few ideas so, after watching Spongebob squarepants on tele, I went and found Mimi. My cat.

I could tell she was quite annoyed with me because I kept picking her up and making her sit down in different places. Eventually, I took a few good pictures of her! She did scratch my a few times but we’re friends again now.
