From File Setup to Final Display

Single-Sided Flags: Printed on one side. The artwork will appear reversed on the back side of the flag.

Double-Sided Flags: Two flags are sewn together so the artwork reads correctly on both sides—ideal for high-visibility areas.

File Types: For best results, vector artwork (AI, PDF, SVG, EPS). High-resolution images (150 DPI at full size) are also accepted. Web images, screenshots, and low-resolution files are not recommended.

What is the order process?

    We review your files and confirm if your artwork is print ready or if design support is needed.

  3. Quote sent by email
    We send your formal quote with pricing, specs, and lead time.

  4. Approve and pay online
    You approve the quote and complete payment through our secure online checkout.

  5. Proofing stage begins
    Once payment is received, your order moves into proofing.
    We email a digital proof for your approval.

  6. Production starts after proof approval
    After proof approval, your order enters production.
    Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days.

How long does production take?

Standard production time is 5–7 business days after proof approval. 

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes. We offer price breaks for larger quantities. Contact us to discuss bulk pricing and options.

Can I use copyrighted images or logos?

By submitting artwork, you confirm that you have the legal right to use the images or logos provided. We are not responsible for copyrighted material supplied by the customer.

How can I display my custom flag?

Flags are finished with two metal grommets on the left edge, making them compatible with spinner flagpoles and traditional flagpoles.

Can I wash my flag?

Yes. Wash on delicate in cold water and hang dry. Avoid heat to preserve color and fabric quality.
