Why subscribe?

I’m DL White, author of upmarket contemporary women’s fiction and steamy romance that centers Black love. I’ve published more than fifteen Black literature titles since my 2015 debut novel "Brunch at Ruby's."

By day, I’m an Executive Assistant for a global beverage brand. I have a legendary love for coffee, fried chicken, and brunch, especially enjoyed on a patio. My greatest obsession is water in all its forms—lakes, rivers, oceans, and waterfalls.

When not crafting heart warming stories, I’m an avid reader of contemporary and historical Black fiction, mystery, thrillers, and suspense. With many more projects on the horizon, I hope to continue delighting readers with a growing body of work.
