After you share your CRM data from Business Manager with Campaign Manager, we’ll auto-create conversions for you based on Leads, Qualified Leads, or Contacts from your CRM data. We’ll then automatically assign those conversions to campaigns that align with your goals, which can help provide a more seamless conversion creation experience.

Prerequisite: Consent to share your CRM data in Business Manager with Campaign Manager
Before you can use your CRM data in Campaign Manager, you must consent to share that data in Business Manager:
- If you need to set up a CRM connection in Business Manager and consent to share that data, please review how to share your Business Manager CRM data with Campaign Manager.
- If you’ve already set up a CRM connection in Business Manager and you need to update your settings to allow the sharing of that data, please review how to change your Business Manager CRM sharing settings with Campaign Manager.
Approve campaigns assigned to auto-created conversions
Once you’ve shared your CRM data with Campaign Manager, we’ll auto-create your conversions and assign them to campaigns. You must review and approve the campaigns that we’ve assigned your conversions to before your conversions become active.

Go to your ad account in Campaign Manager.

Click Measurement on the left menu, then click Conversion tracking.

On your Conversion Tracking page, review the conversions that show Auto-created next to the conversion name. They should appear at the top of your list of conversions.

Optional: To help find your auto-created conversions, you can filter your conversions by the Data source column:
- Click the dropdown menu below Data source.
- Select your CRM name. Currently we support Salesforce, Dynamics 365, and HubSpot.
- Review the conversions with Auto-created next to the name.

Click the name of the conversion you’d like to review.

In the Review CRM Conversions dialog, click Edit to see all the campaigns that your conversion has been automatically assigned to.

If you’d like to change the campaigns, select or clear the checkbox next to the campaign name, then click Save.

Click Approve and assign.

On the Conversion Tracking page, find your conversion and review the Campaigns Selected column. You’ll see the number of campaigns assigned to your conversion.
