Training

EMAC’s Learn to Swim curriculum is designed to build water safety, confidence, and fundamental swim skills through a structured, level-based progression. Each level focuses on age-appropriate skills such as floating, breath control, kicking, body position, and stroke development. Instructors are expected to follow the curriculum while adapting to each swimmer’s individual pace and learning style. Emphasis should always be placed on safety, positive reinforcement, and skill mastery before progression.
