I’m the author of the book Selling Social Justice: Why the Rich Love Antiracism (Verso, May 2025) and a former host of Jacobin’s YouTube show. I’ve written for the New Republic, the Nation, Jacobin, and Dissent, among other publications, and occasionally I commission and edit articles for Damage.

Every month I post a written version of one of my old video segments (or something else from the archives) plus one new piece that covers an interesting study or news item or otherwise vulgarly reduces some social phenomenon to class. Thanks for reading if you do.
