[Docs] - Add consolidate command on README.md #111

What changes would you like to make in the documentation?
It would be helpful to mention the existence of the node utils/consolidateSnippets.js script (or perhaps add it to the package.json scripts) to clarify that this step needs to be run in order to see the changes in your local environment. This would make the process easier to understand, as I struggled to figure out whether my changes should be reflected or not.
Additionally, please note that the previews do not execute this command, which prevents the snippets from appearing. While this may not be an urgent issue, it would be a useful improvement to have.
