Basic concepts about Numpy library in Python

-- basics -- OpenCV library -- converting images to numpy arrays -- idexing, slicing and iterating numpy arrays -- stacking and splitting numpy arrays

• smallgray image is used to create numpy array etc.
• I used PyCharm so there are lots of print statements to display the output
