Add explicit instruction around () and []

I've usually done this on the fly when it comes up and handled it myself, but there is value to finding a good moment to call it out explicitly and intentionally instruct the key concepts. @ebrelsford suggests with [function chaining](http://training.datapolitan.com/data-analysis-python).
